Cancellation Policy

Appointments & Deposits All services are by appointment only. A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your weekend slot. This deposit is applied in full toward your service total. We operate on a limited schedule to ensure every vehicle receives our complete attention — please book early as weekend availability fills quickly. Cancellations & Rescheduling We understand that schedules change. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your appointment will receive a full deposit refund or the option to reschedule at no charge. Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment will forfeit the deposit. No-shows will be charged the full deposit and must rebook with a new deposit. Vehicle Assessment Every vehicle is inspected before work begins. Paint condition, soiling level, vehicle size, and overall condition are evaluated at arrival. If your vehicle requires additional time, products, or services beyond what was originally booked — such as heavy oxidation, severe interior soiling, pet hair removal, or multi-panel scratch correction — our technician will walk you through the findings and recommend the appropriate service upgrade before any additional work is performed. You are never charged for services you haven't approved. Pricing Adjustments Base pricing applies to vehicles in standard condition. The following may result in a revised quote at assessment: SUVs, trucks, and oversized vehicles Heavily soiled interiors (excessive dirt, staining, pet hair, or odor) Paint with severe swirl marks, deep scratches, or heavy oxidation requiring multi-stage correction Vehicles that have not been detailed in an extended period Any pricing adjustment will be communicated and agreed upon before services begin. Right to Decline Service Tom & Jerry Auto Detailing reserves the right to decline or limit services on vehicles with conditions that fall outside the scope of standard detailing — including but not limited to biohazard materials, extreme mold, or structural damage affecting the detailing process. In such cases, the deposit will be refunded in full. Payment Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept all major credit cards, Zelle, Venmo, and cash.
