Overview
These Terms and Conditions govern the booking, scheduling, and delivery of all services provided by Tom & Jerry Auto Detailing LLC. By booking a service, submitting a form, or engaging our team in any capacity, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
1. Services
T&J Auto Detailing provides premium mobile auto detailing, paint correction, headlight restoration, paint stripe removal and replacement, and related vehicle care services.
All services are performed at the customer's designated location unless a pick-up and drop-off arrangement has been confirmed in advance.
Services are available seven days a week, subject to availability. All service descriptions, inclusions, and pricing are listed at tomandjerrydetailing.com and are subject to change without prior notice.
2. Booking & Deposits
Appointments may require a deposit at the time of booking, which will be applied in full toward your total service balance at completion.
Deposits are collected via our secure online booking system powered by Stripe.
Appointments requiring a deposit are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
Deposits may be applied to a rescheduled appointment if notice is provided per our cancellation policy.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations more than 48 hours before the appointment: Full deposit refund or option to reschedule at no charge.
Cancellations within 48 hours: Deposit is forfeited. A new deposit is required to rebook. No-shows: Deposit is forfeited and the full service fee may be charged at T&J's discretion.
T&J reserves the right to cancel due to weather, equipment issues, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases the full deposit will be refunded or applied to a rescheduled appointment.
4. Pricing & Vehicle Assessment
All pricing represents starting rates for standard vehicles in average condition. Final pricing is confirmed after our technician has inspected your vehicle. Factors that may affect final pricing include:
Heavy soiling, pet hair, staining, or long-neglected condition
Severity of paint defects requiring additional correction stages
Presence of tar, sap, overspray, or surface contaminants
Complexity of stripe removal, replacement, or specialty services
Our technician will communicate any pricing adjustment before work begins. You will never be charged for services you have not explicitly approved.
5. Mobile Service & Location Requirements
By booking a mobile appointment, the customer agrees to:
Provide a valid service location address at the time of booking.
Ensure the vehicle is accessible at the confirmed location at the scheduled time.
Provide access to an outdoor water supply (hose or spigot). If unavailable, an additional $25 charge applies and must be confirmed at booking.
Ensure adequate space and safe working conditions for our technician.
Pick-up and drop-off service is available for an additional fee based on distance and must be confirmed in advance. T&J is not responsible for damage that occurs during transit.
6. Right to Decline Service
T&J reserves the right to decline or discontinue service under the following circumstances:
Vehicles containing biohazard materials, extreme mold, or bodily fluids.
Vehicles with structural damage that prevents safe detailing.
Conditions presenting a safety risk to our technicians.
Misrepresentation of vehicle condition at the time of booking.
Where service is declined upon arrival due to undisclosed conditions, the deposit may be partially or fully forfeited at T&J's discretion.
7. Payment
Full payment of the remaining balance is due upon completion of service. We accept all major credit cards, Zelle, Venmo, and cash. A receipt is provided for every completed service.

T&J Auto Detailing LLC is not liable for:
Pre-existing damage, scratches, chips, dents, or paint defects.
Damage caused by undisclosed loose trim, parts, or accessories.
Color variation due to prior uneven paint application or repairs.
Any items left in the vehicle during service.
Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service in question.
9. Photography & Marketing
T&J may photograph vehicles before, during, and after service for marketing use. License plates and identifying information will be obscured. If you do not wish your vehicle to be photographed, please notify our team before service begins.
10. Changes to These Terms
T&J reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The current version will always be available at tomandjerrydetailing.com/terms. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Somerset County, New Jersey.
